Orange - Oranges have so many benefits and I consider them a Powerfood. They have a wealth of nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, and pectin.
Apple - Apples are a rich source of dietary fibre and an extremely rich source of antioxidants.
Lemons – The lemon is a good source of vitamin C. Add one to your water in the morning and benefit from its alkalising properties, or squeeze one on top of steamed vegetables.
