How do I take care of my DROP BOTTLE?

It is important to take care in protecting your bottle to ensure its longevity. Hand wash your bottle in warm soapy water. Please do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.

Do not place boiling water directly into the Bottle. Add cold water first, followed by boiling water.

Avoid using fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks as the pressure can build and break the bottle.  

Handle the Drop Bottle with care, glass bottles will  break if they are handled roughly or inappropriately. For example, do not carry it in your handbag or gym bag. Instead, when transporting the Drop Bottle, it is best to hold it or use the handle on the lid.

Remember your Drop Bottle is delicate so, keep the bottle on your desk at work, sit it on your bedside table or coffee tables at home, place it on display and you will be the envy of all your friends!

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Orman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service. 

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee

How do I track my Australian order?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel service.  This means you will receive real time updates of your orders status direct to your nominated email at the time of checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit. Any problems please email us at hello@dropbottle.co 

 

How do I track my international order?

Countries in Zone 1 - 7 are shipped with Australia Post 

Countries in Zone 8 are shipped with either DHL Tracked (1-2 bottles) or Express Courier Australia Post (3-4 bottles)

Australia Post Tracking 

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched. 

2. Go to http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

DHL Tracking 

1. Once you receive a notification saying 'Received & Dispatched Processed in the DGM mail terminal' Go to https://www.globalmail.dhl.com/web/portal-asia/traceit and enter your tracking number.

2. At the bottom of the page in the 'Item Details' box, there will be a heading that reads 'Tracking #' with a number beginning with RX. Copy this number.

3. Go to https://www.aftership.com/courier and select the appropriate region (ie. Global & US, UK & Ireland etc.) Then select your local post provider. For example, USA would select USPS.

4. Paste your RX tracking number in the bar at the top of the page and click track.

5. You can enter your email address to receive notifications about your shipment.

NOTE: If no tracking information appears or if you cannot find your postage provider on Aftership you will need to enter the RX number directly on your national postage providers website. For example, our UK customers would go to http://www.postoffice.co.uk/

 

What is DROP Bottles returns and refunds policy?

Photo evidence will have to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen fault or breakages

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email hello@dropbottle.co within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email hello@dropbottle.co to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Are DROP Bottles stocked in any retail stores?

Our bottles are available to purchase at our Melbourne store. It is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our Address is G03 173 - 177 Barkly Street St Kilda Vic 3082

 

What currency is used on the DROP Bottle website? 

All orders on Drop Bottle are processed in USD.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, DROP Bottle process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement. 

 

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@dropbottle.co within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

 

Am I able to pick up my order or drop off a return?

Orders purchased online cannot be picked up in store as these purchases are sent directly to our fulfilment company. All returns are to be addressed with our online Customer Service team.

 

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

 

How much water do DROP BOTTLE's hold?  

All Drop Bottle designs hold  500 millilitres of water, equivalent to approximately 17 fluid ounces
